The clear rod on this item is known to frequently pop off the base (or snap in half which is rare). I have tried every way I could think of to ship it in a cost efficient manner to keep this from happening and nothing works. I will still pack it the best I can, but by buying this item, you understand that I cannot be held liable for WizKids using weak glue and brittle plastic. The rod can easily be glued back to the base with a dab of super glue. Medium Monstrous Harpy
