How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping information is explained in detail via the SHIPPING tab at the top of the website. Shipping starts as a flat fee depending on number of miniatures being ordered with huge sized minis & books adding a slight increase in the shipping cost due to weight and size.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently only accept Paypal, Western Union, Money Orders, and Cashier’s Checks. Instructions for using these payment methods are explained after the checkout process is complete. Credit Card payments can be made using your own Paypal account. We currently have no plans to implement direct credit card payments or other forms of electronic payments due to costs on our end and security risks to customers using unsafe payment tools.

When do you ship orders? How long will delivery take?

We currently only ship orders on Fridays or Saturdays and occasionally on Wednesday if time permits. If you place an order on a Saturday, it may not ship until the following Wednesday or Friday. Selecting Priority Mail is a USPS shipping speed and does not mean we will process your order sooner. Once an order ships, it is completely up to the carrier for how long it takes to arrive at your destination depending on if you selected First Class or Priority Mail shipping.

Can you ship my order out sooner?

If you need something shipped sooner, please email me and I will see what I can do. An extra $15.00 charge will apply for “rush orders” since I would have to make a special trip to the post office on my own time. I also suggest paying for Priority Mail if you need USPS to deliver it sooner.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

The website is located on a secure server with all proper securities measures implemented to operate the website safely. Your private Paypal information is not seen on our end.

What exactly happens after ordering? How do I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive an email confirmation for your order after checkout is completed. Another email confirmation will be sent to you with a tracking number (or customs form number) once the order has shipped. You will also be able to see the status of your order by viewing your order history on your RPG Locker account page.

I placed multiple orders. Can you combine them to reduce my shipping cost?

We will always combine multiple orders into a single order if we notice that multiple orders are shipping to the same address from the same customers in the same week. We will only adjust the paid shipping costs and refund the difference if the customer contacts us and asks us to do so. By all means, feel free to contact us if you prefer getting the combined shipping costs refunded back.
