We currently ship orders on Wednesdays and either Fridays or Saturdays depending on the work load. There is a $15.00 charge for orders that need to be rushed out before these shipping days.

Many of the newer miniatures made by Wiz Kids are made with weak or little glue causing possible bases, limbs, etc. to pop off. They can easily be fixed with super glue. The plastic Wiz Kids is also brittle and breaks more often than older figures (especially the clear rods). These minis frequently arrive to us damaged even though they are packaged for extra protection.

We pack orders securely while trying to keep shipping costs down. We cannot offer quality control for these products that may break regardless of how well it is packaged. Contacting Wiz Kids for replacements on items that were damaged due to production quality has been known to work.

Add Insurance at checkout for additional packaging protection for your order. Insurance also covers delivery issues, but USPS does not cover property damage. RPG Locker cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items due to mishandling from the carrier.
